Since beginning her own practice, Brittany found a need within many companies. Healthcare is an ever growing expense, yet a necessity to be able to offer to employees. There must be a way to keep costs down for both the employer and the employee. So, she began talking to local companies who may be interested in mirroring the type of practice that she has created for Precision Valve and Automation.
Brittany can be consulted and contracted to aid in the development, design, and implementation of in-house health centers for a multitude of different organizations. Whether the organization is a large public entity, a small private company, or a small business looking to offer some unique services to their employees, she is able to meet with the business owners and discuss their goals, needs, current company demographics, review insurance utilization and make recommendations as to the type of health center that may best benefit their organization. From there, she is able to create a complete health center within the business, right down to the medical record system and input a provider for their health center. This type of service allows for less insurance utilization as they keep the claims being processed low, it also creates a unique marketing opportunity for all businesses to attract well qualified employees and to aid in their health and wellness while employed.
